Prior to moving to London, Marko was Organ Scholar of St James’ King Street in Sydney, while undertaking organ studies at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music under Philip Swanton, from whom he learnt for over 10 years.

He is currently having lessons with Colin Walsh on repertoire, and improvisation with David Cassan in Paris. Marko is also a prizewinning Fellow of the Royal College of Organists (FRCO), receiving Harding and Durrant Prizes for highest marks in paperwork.
